We reviewed several Realtors and decided on Alan. Alan was professional, laid out a plan we liked, and supported us throughout the process. He was always easy to reach and quickly resolved all of the issues that came up through the process. He stuck with the plan and it went well. After the home was ready to put on the market Alan did a professional marketing job. He had a crew put together a virtual tour of the home which included pictures, virtual tour and video of the entire property and area and even used a drone to film it. The house sold quickly and then Alan guided us through the paperwork making it a breeze for us. He even had a professional come to the house to sign some of the paperwork which could not be done online.

We feel that by choosing Alan and trusting his advice we ultimately profited more on the sale than had we not. We would without hesitation use Alan again and for all of these reasons give him a 5 Star rating!

Alan KInzel is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We knew little about Coronado when we began our search for a new home and Alan, within our parameters, led us to the perfect spot. He was vigilant in watching out for our interests every step of the way. His communication with us the entire way was consistent, frequent, and clear...we were never left wondering, "What's going on?" Alan's service didn't stop after the sale closed, but he was a continuing source of help in helping us locate skilled tradespeople, getting settled in, etc. (I'm giving Alan five stars here because the Zillow system won't allow me to give him 10.)

10 out of 10! A chance encounter ~15 years ago and then another chance encounter 2.5 year ago led to us establishing a successful business relationship with Alan. Without going into all of the details, I believe most would consider our purchase transaction very complex...definitely not a cookie cutter solution. Alan worked extremely hard and utilized impeccable communications to understand the details of our requirements and collaborated with his vast network of professionals to assure all of them were validated and achieved. Alan is an amazing realtor. He especially knows all of the rules when working with fiduciaries. He calls you back and is very responsive. He has great ideas on how to get properties sold and goes above and beyond. He sold a property site unseen with a difficult tenant who stopped paying rent. Alan couldn't list it on the MLS either, but he got it sold. I will forever be a fan!
